The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) has secured room blocks for CTC 2019 attendees and exhibitors at a variety of hotels near the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. First, you must be registered before reserving your sleeping room.

For existing reservations, please contact your hotel directly with any changes or cancellations. The hotel phone number is indicated in your confirmation letter.

Beginning September 4, new reservation requests can be made directly with Hilton Riverside.

Our hotel block rates range from $164-$199 per night, plus a city tax of 12.6%. Hotels charge an occupancy tax which range from $1.00-$3.00 per room per night depending on what hotel you choose.

Housing Providers

Experient is the Official Housing Provider for the Court Technology Conference (CTC 2019). NCSC has worked diligently with hotels in New Orleans to establish room blocks for attendees and exhibitors. NCSC does not approve improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Experient. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates. However, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitations to Conference Services at conferences@ncsc.org.
